Cancellation and Reservations:
– When booking at the Best Available Rate, cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. After this period, the entire reservation will be charged;
– In cases of no-show the entire reservation will be charged;
– Special offers have specific cancellation policies, so they should be consulted individually;
– Gift vouchers, once issued, cannot be canceled or returned;
– At the time of booking, as a guarantee, credit card details or bank transfer will be requested in the amount of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. The remaining amount will be paid upon Check-in;
– All prices mentioned include VAT at the current rate.
Children and extra beds:
– Children up to 2 years old: 15 euros for a crib;
– Children over 3 years old and adults: 40 euros per night for an extra bed or sofa bed, in the same room;
– Cot reservations are on request and subject to availability confirmation.
